Andrew has practiced as a litigation lawyer at Hunt & Hunt for five years. He principally provides advice and representation to government clients in regulatory matters, and also advises and appears for private and corporate clients in a broad range of civil and criminal matters.

Andrew regularly furnishes specialised advice on statutory interpretation, enforcement strategy, and the drafting of legislative instruments to regulatory clients. He has appeared as a highly effective advocate in hundreds of matters, including prosecutions and administrative appeals under road transport legislation, the Fines Act 1996, the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1979, and the Fisheries Management Act 1994, in accordance with the model litigant obligations of a prosecutor.
