Arthur’s experience in corporate and taxation principles enables him to provide in-depth advice on all aspects of the acquisition, disposal, development and operation of aged care and retirement living facilities.
His experience in disputes also enables Arthur to assist approved providers and operators of facilities to respond to litigious issues and deal with administrative actions.
His skills are highly regarded by the industry and Arthur often provides advice to leading industry bodies, such as the Retirement Villages Association (RVA). He was a member of the RVA think tank that responded to the Productivity Commission’s inquiry on the future health care demands for Australia’s aging population.
